All subscription bikes come with a servicing package included.

The subscriber is liable for the cost of any replacement parts due to wear and tear.

Parts are not included in any service package. Parts are charged separately. Worn or damaged parts must be replaced with like-for-like or equivalent components.

Faulty parts will be subject to a warranty claim with the manufacturer. All BikeSub.co.uk customers are automatically entitled to 20% discount off all parts and accessories in our stores.

We will send you an email to remind you of your upcoming service intervals. Service intervals will also be highlighted on your electric bike display**

Book a Service

Download and print your service voucher from your online account.

Contact a store, book your bike in with them then show them your voucher and a copy of your original order when you arrive. They will take care of the rest for you.
